In order to reserve a space in our overnight boarding lounge or condos we require a completed membership application at least 24 hours in advance. Download an application now (by clicking the link to the left) and return it to us ( by email, fax or dropping it off at our loft at 216 Franklin Street, Brooklyn NY 11222)

A complete application includes proof of vaccination for:
Rabies 
Bordetella  “kennel cough” ( within 6 months)
DHLPP ( within 3 years)

Make sure your vaccinations are current otherwise we will be unable to accommodate your dog at Unleash:Brooklyn.
Last minute reservations are subject to 10% service charge.

Also, be sure to bring enough food for the duration of your dog’s stay ( we recommend bringing at least one extra days worth of food). Our staff will administer any medication or dietary supplements, too. 

Feel free to pack your dog’s favorite toy or something (like one of your t-shirts) that will help make his or her stay at Unleash:Brooklyn feel even more like being at home.
